Kaylie's first week and a half of school, so far has gone really well. She is now walking into her playground alone without worrying that mom or dad wil leave. she's made a friend that she says has yellow hair. They send her home each day with a little bit of homework, like writing her name and practicing counting to 20 or higher. The teacher seems to be nice. The only unfortunate thing about it is it is a Title 1 school which basically means the gov feels that have to give it extra money for tutoring because the school rates so poorly. When Brock and I went to orientation they made us watch a movie about state standards and where the school is at. Pretty much we learned that the school graduates a little over half of their students. Go cunningham elementary! so basically half these kids are failing. And from what i gather from Kaylie, they have yet to read a single book to her. She has been very dissappointed by this so thankfully we try to read to them at least everyday.

Kyrstin has been enjoying being home without sissy for a bit. She says that means she gets all the toys for awhile since kaylie is at school. She plays by herself so well and has been helping me around the house and with kade a lot. she loves to help me with kade and loves to play with him. They will throw the ball to each other and play cars and trucks.

Kade, we think, is started to teeth his top teeth now so he's been a bit fussy. He has also started testing our limits. He loves to get into the dvds, push on our keyboard when we are on the computer. He is definately learning what "no" means. And he can throw a tantrum! When we tell him no he gets really mad and starts screaming and hitting. its true! Come on, some of you know how Brock was when he was almost one year old I am sure Kade is very much the same!

All in all we are well, kids getting bigger, Brock and I are working and I am starting to have less morning sickness which is a really really good thing. I am ready for all that to be over. We still havent decided if we are going to use the same doctor yet. There's a lot in the air right now. But in the next few weeks we will keep you all posted. Oh! and Kaylie will be having a 5th birthday party on the 19th. More about that to come as well!
