This year was the first Halloween Kade will remember actively trick or treating. Unfortunately the girls were with their biological dad so they didnt get to show him how the whole thing works which would have been nice since Kade was not happy when we put his costume on. He wanted to go to bed before we even got started and I am sure he thought we were crazy dressing him up and taking him outside but we walked to the neighbors house and got candy the wheels started turning in his little head. I could just imagine him asking why we havent done this a long time ago. Each house after that he would knock his little knock and immediately turn around and say "es coming!" and he waited patiently for his candyand he was sure to say thank you each time as well.
When the girls got home we got a couple pictures. Kaylie was Jesse from toystory 3, Kyrstin was a blue fairy, and Kade went as his uncle chad.
We did pumpkins at grandma Marcia's house about a week before. Brock's pumpkin ended up being so thick to cut through he ended up drilling a bunch of holes in it.
