One of the things the girls are learning all about in their history/geography class is a pretend trip around the world. We are learning North South East and West, the 7 continents, living in North America and how to navigate around the globe. Today we made pretend passports with their pictures and pretend manila folder suitcases and as we learn about various places in the world we "travel to" we will put pictures inside. the girls had a lot of fun learning where we live and they both want to go to Antartica first so they can see penguins. In the next week I think we will be going to Australia though.
